Xnapper Studio aims to make it fast and easy to create eye-catching images and mockups, especially for people sharing images their product images on on social media and blogs.

Compared to our macOS app, we've doubled down on making the screenshots look better by adding device mockups (i.e. iPhone, Macbook, Safari, etc.), more social media dimensions, and image positioning.

Currently we're working on adding an option to share the image with a link (cloud storage and share).

Would love to get your feedback on our beta!

UI feels unresponsive. You click a button, and the button doesn't seem to do anything. In case of the left-hand side buttons, it it's just a lack of response from buttons that's unsettling, but on the right side its worse because there's zero action happening on the screen until the new background finishes loading and applies itself to the screenshot.

I would probably add some animations to make UI feel responsive. Something like make buttons highlighted on color / have a color animation after click, and have the application properly tell you when its loading something / the requested action is in progress.

I would also mention there's a very slight delay (60-200ms) between clicking a button and the thing happening on screen, but I guess that's average web application experience nowadays... so I won't complain

Looking at the homepage from a purely sales perspective, a few things detract:

1) I don't know if 'Love' is the first button I want my users to click on. It's unclear what it's for until you click it.

2) 4.9 stars based on an unknown number of user reviews feels a bit less believable.

3) There are a few critical typos to fix, one being 'sceenshot' on the homepage. See the full list here: https://triplechecker.com/s/MpCApq/xnapper.com?v=T6ny-

Thank you for your feedback!

1) Now that I see it, I guess "Testimonial" or "User feedback" would be more intuitive haha thanks for this 2) Do you think removing this part a whole would rather be better since we have our Product Hunt badges for credibility? 3) Aw this is an interesting website, gotta fix them up!

My images are being cutoff oddly. The top of 1/3 of my image doesn't display in the "default" setting. The full images shows in "iPad Pro H." The top 1/8th is cut off in the "Widows Web." The Windows Web only shows a white background with rounded corners--it it supposed to show the Windows operating system?

I'm not sure what the expected outcome is supposed to be, but I don't think I'm seeing it.

Oh this seems weird. The expected outcome is supposed to be your image within the mockup of your choice!

To be a bit specific, the options on the left are mockups for the images/screenshots that you upload! Currently we are still working on the image crop feature so that's still coming but the purpose is to make good-looking images for the purpose of sharing to your audience on social/newsletter/etc!

How do you plan to differentiate it from Shots.so? I’ve been using it for months and it’s so good I couldn’t believe it’s 100% free. Not sure how another screenshot app will stand out let alone make money.

Shots is definitely a great tool, we use it too :)

Xnapper Studio is more of a web version of our existing screenshot tool so the purpose was to address the accessibility issue for non-mac and web users! Some of the features that we are currently adding to address user needs are

1. Cloud storage for the images (for link sharing) 2. Text annotation (multiple fonts, size, color, etc.) 3. Ability to save presets (which is a core feature within our macOS app)

Would love your feedback as we move on!

Very nice.

My suggestion is to add support for user-defined gradient colors for more unique screenshots.

Thank you for the great feedback -- we'll definitely add this to our feature set.

How do you plan to use the feature? Is this for social media sharing?

Disaster on mobile screen.

It is terrible on the phone.

- chopped text - overlapping text - difficult to select options

Smooth usability on desktop.

Definitely got to work on the mobile screen - I think we'll temporarily show a "Coming soon" page for it as we are fully focused on the desktop for now.

Thank you for the feedback!
